Three weeks ago we put 12 eggs in the incubator. A week later we candled them to see if they were fertile. Nine of the eggs were. For 3 weeks, I turned the eggs twice a day and added water and then yesterday it all started to happen......................
6.15am Sunday morning - we have action, you can see by the two super excited faces that they were starting to peep.

ReplyDeleteoh I hate to tell you and I'm hoping I'm wrong but we were told that brown chicks are more likely to be roosters. Maybe it depends on the breed - I hope so for your sake!!
