Second week of school holidays

We are already into our second week of school holidays. Gosh the time goes quick. Chris is also on leave from work. Not by choice, all employees were asked to take leave. It's a long story and fingers crossed, things will be ok shortly. We have been making the most of our time, our resources and supplies on hand.

While the weather has allowed, we have been busy outside planning new gardens, planning tree planting along the driveway, preparing a path from the drive to the house and spreading those big bales of straw. The boys are busy outside, making a new chook shed today from all the old fencing materials.

When the weather was bad, we did things inside. Jarred and Kloe have always shared a room and I had a 'study'. We knew there would come a time when we would have to move things around. Nothing like a cold and very wet day to rearrange the house. Jarred now has his own room. He wanted a green bedroom, because 'green' is his colour at the moment. He has a alien green feature wall in his new room. Think Ben 10 - green :)

Kloe is very happy, she now has a room to herself. Of course she wants her room painted also. My desk and things are all in the TV room now.

I think I need to get the camera out and take some photos.
