Our Little Kloe

Little Miss Kloe is now in Year 1 - she if often mistaken for a preschooler!

Kloe has a wonderful teacher this year - Miss Elissa Zangara.

Zac

Zac was happy to go back to school - he had Ms Rowe for Maths last year and was happy that she will be his teacher for this year.

Ms Rowe is very lay back which suits Zac just fine!

Micaela

Micaela was a bit nervous going back to school. This year sees her go into Middle School. She had no idea where to go or even who her teachers would be. I'm sure it won't take her long to work it all out!

Windows On The Wetlands Visitors Center

We drive past Window on the Wetlands all the time and have never stopped to have a look.

On the way into Darwin on 21st Jan we stopped and had a look. The kids loved it!
There were so many things for them to touch and look at.

Melleny's Birthday

I was very spoilt on my birthday - I was taken out to dinner at the Croc by my Wonderful Husband and beautiful children. Then we came home and had yummy chocolate cake made by Micaela and friends. I was also given a video camera for my Birthday - so look out everybody!

The Making of a Volcano???

Micaela, Sarah and Georgia decided to make me a birthday cake. We had a small disaster in the kitchen when the cake pan they used was just a little to small for the amount of mixture they put in. The chocolate cake erupted in the oven with cake flowing all in the oven and burning.
MUM! Help!!!! came the cry.........
Mum managed to salvage the cake, and the near disaster turned out to be very Yummy indeed.

Jabiru by Air

Micaela was lucky to score herself a free scenic flight with her friend Georgia. Georgia's parents Anthony and Kay have just started a scenic flight and tour company here in Jabiru. They had a spare seat so invited Micaela to come along!

Our Street is the first from the top on the right hand side.

At the top of the pic(middle) is the Aussie Rules Oval(our street is opposite this) next is the cricket oval, school, soccer/rugby oval and then the pool

As you can see - there are lots of trees and bush!
