At 5am on this day 8 years ago. I woke Chris and told him it was a good day to have a baby. He was in a panic, because he didn't think, I would be able to last, the 15 minute drive to the hospital. Kloe's labour was 30 minutes. So we just assumed this one would be even quicker. Oh, how wrong we were. Chris had many dreams of delivering this baby on the side of the road. Well our little man had other ideas and manage to get himself all wound up and got stuck. He took the longest time of all the kids and was finally born at 7.13pm that night. Our lives have never been the same since.
Happy 8th birthday to our gorgeous J'Man. We all love you so much xoxox

Making cupcakes for school. We researched and found a great egg less Chocolate Cake recipe. One little girl in Jarred's class is allergic to eggs and he didn't want her to miss out. We did a test run over the weekend and it got a huge thumbs up from everyone. I was so surprised how easy and yummy it was. |

"Gee" - what a lot of nice stuff - looks like a great b-day!
Your cupcakes look cool ! I wonder if your recipe is one like we have called "Crazy Cake"? It has no dairy products - it was popular during the war-era since moms had to do without a lot of things. And a teen told me they know it as 'Science Cake' from projects in school..its vinegar and baking soda reaction gives the 'rise' to the cake - hence the science.
Anyways we love it - surprisingly good cake!
Cheers!
